Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bedandbath.it. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at info@bedandbath.it.

* In case you inadvertently receive products that have not been registered in your order, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the company.
* In case of return for personal reasons, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the customer.
* In case of return due to incorrect registration in the order by the customer, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the customer.
* In case of partial or total order return, if the first order had received the benefit of free shipping, and the new order total does not reach the minimum total for free shipping, then the shipping cost will be covered by the company, as it was in force on the date of the first order.
* Products available exclusively Online cannot be returned/replaced through our physical stores.
* Pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
* Dimensions and Sizes indicated on the products refer to the product before stitching.
* Returns of products that have been used or washed or their original packaging has been damaged are not accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pillows and product that are sealed up, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are sold exclusively online or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Terms of Mattress/Bed after Delivery/Pick up

For orders within a physical store:

  • The customer has the right to return the mattress-bed after receiving the product, only if the product packaging has not been opened.
  • If the packaging is not opened, a credit note/voucher of equal value to the order total will be issued and can be used for other purchases from the Company.
  • The credit note/voucher is valid for three (3) months.
  • Refunds are not accepted.

All the above apply only to normal size mattresses or bed orders (see table of normal sizes) and not for custom dimensions.
